Usage:
Most actions in Quad are made by gestures:
1. Add todo -- Slide down at the index page to call out the add form
2. Click any area of the index page (a.k.a Quadrant, Top-Right is "First Quadrant", Top-Left is "Second Quadrant", Bottom-Left is "Third Quadrant", Bottom-Right is "Fourth Quadrant"), to enter each todo list
3. In the todo list, swipe right to "complete", swipe left to "delete"

What is "Eisenhower Method"
Using the Eisenhower Decision Principle, tasks are evaluated using the criteria important/unimportant and urgent/not urgent.
First Quadrant: Important/Urgent
Second Quadrant: Important/Not Urgent
Third Quadrant: Unimportant/Urgent
Fourth Quadrant: Unimportant/Not Urgent

Squares are in the wrong order. There are 2 ways of placing Eisenhower matrix but this version is certainly wrong, As also mentioned in the previous comments. Left-Bottom and right-bottom should switch.
Very elegant, easy, simple, but its necessary to be able to edit tasks once youve added them; change their priority, time, etc.
As another reviewer stated, the 1st and 2nd quadrants are flipped. Even your description states that: 1st Quadrant: Important/Urgent 2nd Quadrant: Important/Not Urgent Also the date and time requirement for tasks are an inconvenience. You should be able to create task with Name alone. I thought the recent update would address these issues but no luck. Hopefully these changes can be made swiftly, as this has the potential to be a great app in its simplicity.
Top two quadrants should be flipped. Important/urgent should be top left and important/not urgent should be top right. Mandatory "when" requirement for each item you add is inconvenient too.
Important & Urgent should be Top Left and Important But Not Urgent should be Top Right. Please fix since this is really the only decent Eisenhower Matrix app in the App Store! Thanks!
